By introducing this kind of automatic hardware riveting machine, lmeTTeap can enables our customer will achieve an one-stop solution from hardware component loading, feeding, orientating, seperating, positioning and assembly as well as final inspecting and final unloading. 

Introduced with flexible manual or vibratory feeder bowl as major feeding and loading method to feed the metal hardware components into the work station of this riveting machine. 

Designed with external punching machine with 5 tons to implement the riveting process for blade as well as spring to ensure these two components are assembled into semi-finished products for customers. 

The Control system employs PLC as well as touch control panel as core control unit to control the total assembly production process as well as machine failure, material insufficient as well as other production data.
